Command prompt you can type:
bitsadmin /list
You will see all the jobs that are in the current queue. I found that I had all Chrome / Firefox jobs that were suspended.
bitsadmin /reset will clear the current job queue. Chances are you don’t need them anyway.
bitsadmin /? will give you a wealth of information concerning almost everything you were afraid to ask about btsadmin.
